including field sales for two of the
market leaders in the industry.
Responsible for scientific recruitment in
all areas and specifically senior
appointments.
Ian Pinn
Operations Director
Joined Delta in 2005.
25 years commercial experience within
Clinical Diagnostics and Life Science
industries including positions of
European Business Director and UK
Managing Director for a Major Clincal
Diagnostics and Life Science company.
Responsible for Sales and Marketing
activities, IT and Website.
Jane Learner
Business Manager Medical division
Joined Delta Consultants in 2001 and worked initially on
Medical Sales, Marketing and Management before taking
on Laboratory as well.
Jane has worked many years as a nurse in theatres and
the community, prior to joining Delta.
Now responsible for general recruitment, including medical
with the additional responsibility of the day to day
management of the staff.

A BSc qualified Biomedical Scientist with over 15 years
laboratory sales and marketing expertise including
recruitment experience in HR, Scientific and IT
Responsible for Scientific Recruitment across all areas
of Laboratory Sales, Marketing and Management.
David Learner
Business Development and Resourcing Manager
Joined Delta in 2006
Eleven years experience in sales and marketing within
the arts, financial, pharmaceutical and legal sectors.
Prior to that David enjoyed a successful career within
the acting profession.
Responsible for Business Development and also recruitment
within the Scientific/Lab markets.
Natasha Lambert
Account Manager
Joined Delta in 2008
2.5 years recruitment experience within the healthcare
industry, dealing with permanent and temporary
assignments for all levels of care and qualified staff.
Responsible for Medical and Scientific recruitment across
all areas of Sales, Support and Marketing.
