Area Sales Manager - Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk - £SalNeg + Benefits + Car + Commission

My client a major supplier of water treatment systems and service to the industrial, pharmaceutical, scientific and healthcare sectors are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover there Midlands territory. You will be responsible for selling technologies and services in order to meet with the company's revenue targets working within a defined territory and market. Including but not limited to Planning daily sales activities, updating the CRM system and building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You must have a consultative approach, able to listen and understand a clients needs and develop situations in conjunction with other personnel, have a business results orientated "can do" approach, matched with excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills.

A customer mind set is needed as this role requires a strong customer focus during the sales activity which is full time field based.

A strong teamwork ethic in addition to responsibility and accountability for the sales success within a defined area the individual will be required to be a developed strong team player.

You must have experience of selling into laboratories and ideally universities.

You must hold a technical or business degree and have a proven track record in field based sales.
