Customer Support and Training Specialist - Berkshire - £SalNeg

Our client a specialist in Blood Diagnostics is looking for a Customer Support and Training specialist to join their service team. In this role you will predominantly be working solo on the Technical Support Hotline helping customers to troubleshoot reagent and instrument issues.

Daily Tasks include but not limited to:

*Coordinating call-outs for field service engineers and application specialists.
*Running comparison tests on in-house analysers to assist field support teams.
*Managing reagent stock in the training department and ensuring the room is suitably ordered at all times in preparation for customer training courses.
*Create and manage CRM cases using our Microsoft dynamics software.
*Maintain >80% telephone fix rate and monitor hotline efficiency on a monthly basis.
*Offer full Technical support to your customers
*Run training days for your clients to visit site

International travel to Head office in France ifs required for training ect.

As a candidate you must have a strong background in Biomedical Science within Haematology/Coagulation.
