Customer Technical Support Representative - Hertfordshire - Diagnostics




My client, a highly respected market leader within Life Science and Clinical Diagnostic industry are looking for an experienced Technical Customer Service Representative based in Hertfordshire to join their existing team.



The main purpose of this role would be to provide first line technical support to customers, primarily on the Clinical Diagnostics side of the business.



Day to day responsibilities will consist of, but not limited to:



* Identify and resolve technical problems on the company's product line

* Document, track, and monitor cases on a daily basis

* Escalate cases that require 2nd level support



You must have a degree in Biomedical, Biochemistry or similar. Preferably with a Clinical focus in the academic degree.



Experience within customer service, working in a compliant and regulated environment and quality control would be advantageous as would experience with HPLC, Chromatography, Serology and other diagnostics techniques.
