My client, a highly respected market leader within Life Science and Clinical Diagnostic industry are looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to join their existing team.

This role is ideal for someone located within easy reach of London.

If you have the minimum of a BSc in Science, preferably biomedical sciences, experience of people management with the ability to get the best from a team. Strong interpersonal skills, experience and comfortable in managing complex sales situations with long last sales processes, different buyer types involved, hard negotiations and tenders, Good planning skills and the ability to definite business strategy and tactics to move sales cycles forward. A strong background of personal selling and the ability to develop existing business then this could potentially be the role for you!

If you have the above qualities and are interested in being responsible for ensuring the management, coaching, guidance and development of a sales team. Within the team develop a clear understanding of funnel management and business pipeline, to work closely with the Northern Europe Sales Manager to develop/implement, the corporate/market specific, business strategy/tactics to deliver commercial set goals ect then this is almost definitely the role for you!

Package includes a competitive salary + Bonus at 20%, Pension, Private Medical, Car and 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
