National Account Executive


National Account Executive : Medical Systems : South UK based: Competitive Salary (plus incentive payment),company car, full benefits package.

A leading manufacturer of innovative optical and digital equipment for the healthcare sector is seeking a National Account Executive to support the organisational drive and profitable growth of the company, along with 3 Regional Account Executives. Your responsibility to develop innovative solutions for the supply of equipment, services and consumables to the UK Health sector.

You will be required to define and implement financial models to meet demands of the NHS and private healthcare organisations as well as build a network of internal and external business partners, in order to deliver financial innovation in support of the Medical and Surgical Sales Divisional goals.

Your responsibilities will include:
*Develop, implement, own and monitor a strategy for NHS Procurement bodies and Private Hosp Groups.
*Develop, implement, own and monitor a national account plan by working in conjunction with all Business Unit Managers (BUMs) & Regional Business Heads
*Implement a regional strategy for Managed Equipment Service(MES)
*End to end ownership of regional MES opportunities
*Develop, implement, communicate, own and monitor a regional account plan by working in conjunction with all BUMs and relevant Regional Sales Managers (RSMs)
*Full ownership of customer contact for Procurement, Finance and Supplies in all NHS Trusts within their region
*Identifying regional opportunities & solutions with a strong focus on financial solutions
*Leadership and communication of all cross business area opportunities for respective region
*Lead, own and coordinate tender responses for all cross business area opportunities for respective region
*Implement and support strategies to support customers to improve productivity & patient flow.

You will require:
*Qualifications in Business/Marketing is desirable
*In depth working knowledge of the UK NHS.
*Experience of high level customer strategy development within the medical device business.
*Ability to effectively engage with all levels of customers, including a desire to have a high level of experience in the C suite environment.
*Experience in Account Management
*Interest to engage in Financial solutions and Contract Management for Healthcare customers.
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to work as part of a team, willing to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours.
*MUST be located within 50miles of the M25.
