Average Billers Wanted!
So recently I have seen a number of adverts for BIG or TOP Billers for recruitment agency opportunities. Am I odd/weird/missing the point when I say I am looking for AVERAGE billers? At Delta, revenue is important, of course it is, but what is more important is the quality of service we provide, supporting our clients and actually giving a damn about our candidates. We believe that if you do your job to the very best you can then the revenue will come in without ridiculous KPIs, 'lock-ins' and enthusiasm-sapping cold calling. Yes, we do make calls to new company contacts but these are the result of good research, a genuine interest in the client products and are made with a view to business in the future, most definitely NOT 'Hello, have you got any jobs??'
At Delta, you are the manager of your own destiny when it comes to your desk. You can earn as much money as you want as we have no cap on comission so I am intrigued to find there seems to be a dearth of employees who are able to see that opportunity plus action equals results? We work normal office hours and there is no demand to stay late or work weekends as we want people who see the value in making things happen, no matter what time of day and when in the week that is. We have a relaxed, open environment and are very supportive of each other.
