Analytical Chemistry Manager - Dover - Circa £45,000

A specialist company who have been providing laboratory testing services to the medical device and pharmaceutical industries for over 25 years. With a strong 5 year strategic plan to carry out they are looking for an experience Analytical Chemistry Manager to manage their existing teams of technicians.

Main purpose on the role is to manage the projects according to ISO standards, manage the chemistry team, maintain a good relationship with customers regarding ongoing projects and all other teams within the company.

For this position we require the candidate to have a Scientific degree ideally chemistry, experience of leading a team and the ability to manage active and potential projects simultaneously.

The role is paying circa £45,000 + Pension with a variety of additional benefits such as free parking, social events, dedicated training and career progression days, additional holiday incentives....
