Business Development - England - £35k + Bonus
A small clinical sample operations company, established from the recognition that a clinical trial is only as good as the quality of its samples, who provide bespoke services to clients conducting early phase clinical trials and are recognised for their high quality service offering are looking to expand their current team.
Having sustained growth over the 4 years since being founded, they are now seeking to grow our Business Development team to contribute to the continued success of the company.
Main responsibilities of the role will include expanding a strong, sustainable pipeline and significantly contribute to company growth by identifying and analysing business opportunities whilst securing new and repeat business and developing strong business relationship. You will have a good eye for detail resulting in a well managed CRM system and enjoy networking at conferences.
The company is based in Cheshire, so although the role is remote it would suit someone in the area as you would have a team around you should you prefer a more face to face environment.
As an ideal candidate you will have a Life science related degree and 1-2 years experience within a sales position. Ideally you will have a working understanding of clinical trials but this can be trained. The most important part of your experience is passion, we are looking for someone who is up for the world of business development, engaging and creative.
