Customer Accounts Analyst - Healthcare - Buckinghamshire - Competitive Salary plus bonus and benefits

This company is a market leader in the provision, service and support of diagnostic equipment to the healthcare sector. A further expansion of their Customer Service Team means they are now looking for a Customer Account Analyst to strengthen their front-line offering to their ever growing client base.

Duties for this role include, Customer order processing, assisting the logistics management team and customers in reducing ad-hoc orders and changes to delivery schedules, create and maintain customer delivery schedules in SAP, process monthly orders and book carriers, order stock as required, regularly reviewing the contract management system to ensure a smooth transition into SAP, process QC shipments and ongoing administration to minimise write off and increase customer efficiency, ect.

As a person you will have a great attitude to customer care, be confident on excel and have a minimum of 2 years SAP exp.

This role is initially a 18 month FTC
