With good academics that include a degree or direct equivalent, you will be a qualified Accountant or a Passed Finalist and will have well honed and fluent Excel skills plus be a confident and capable SAP user who has knowledge of underlying modules. In tandem with your technical skills your personal attributes will be a high level of inquisitive intelligence, commercial acumen and a thirst for answers/process improvement/fine detail analysis and a self confidence to challenge (without arrogance) plus present solutions. The role involves delivery of monthly inventory reports, being responsible for the Fixed Asset Register, preparing documentation for Group reporting, production of balance sheet reconciliations, supporting month end process, preparation of key schedules, assisting with preparation of VAT, Intrastat and Corp Tax.
