Global Technical Support Specialist - Cologne - Circa €55000

This company has played an important role in the design, development, manufacture, and integration of products that empower the advancement of biomedical research and enable cell and gene therapy.

An amazing opportunity has come available to join their global technical support team based in Cologne, Germany. Overall responsibilities of the role involve handling customer enquiries related to consumable products and instruments, including troubleshooting, complaint handling, provide product training ect..

It is essential that you have a degree qualification within a Biological science and you are fluent in English and French and/or Spanish
Having experience with flow cytometry or cell sorting would be advantageous.

Relocators are welcome and would be helped with the process.
