Practice Manager - Training GP Practice - Cambs - £45-48k plus benefits

An extremely rare opportunity for a new Practice Manager has arisen in this well- established and highly respected rural training GP practice. Based in a beautiful Cambridgeshire market town the practice has a thriving patient list with a diverse portfolio of backgrounds. They have a large team that includes 11 GPs inc 2 Partners, 6 Nurses inc an ANP, Paramedic, HCAs and a strong, experienced Admin team. The ideal candidate to take up this challenge would be a highly effective business manager with well honed team leadership skills. You will be a strategic thinker and planner with exceptional inter-personal and communication skills. You will have proven experience in finance and premises management and will bring a positive, can-do attitude whilst promoting a genuine caring ethos. Prior healthcare management experience would be advantageous as would experience of using SystemOne or Ardens although training will provided.
