If you are an experienced Technical Manager with an academic background in Chemistry (ideally to MSc or PhD level or equivalent) combined with solid experience in OEA and IRMS, combustion TOC and other Atomic Spectroscopy techniques and are looking to utilise your skills in R&D, Product enhancement, Tech Support and Lab Ops then this opportunity combined with a real work life balance location could be just the role for you. You will thrive on mentoring and nurturing of your team and be able to recognize and maximize their potential. Your project management skills will be well honed and you will truly relish calling on your problem solving aptitude thus giving you real job satisfaction. Your natural style will be forward thinking and self motivated and you will have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format.
