Technical Service Coordinator
Technical Service Coordinator - Part Time - Healthcare - Buckinghamshire - £competitive plus bonus
Prestigious company based close to excellent road links and with refurbished and ultra-employee focussed offices is looking for an experienced Technical Service Coordinator to work 15 hours per week (Mon/Tues). With academic achievement to A level or equivalent as a minimum and fluent in English, the ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and call handling experience and if this has been gained working in a medical diagnostics company that would be highly advantageous as would knowledge of SAP/Logistics/Field Service.
You will be IT literate, be calm under pressure, conscientious, analytical and have excellent rapport building and relationship skills. You will be able to think on your feet, be innovative and be totally customer centric. Your customers experience is of paramount importance to you and you should be able to demonstrate this. You will have structure to your work and will be methodical as you will be responsible for the scheduling of field service engineers, ensure they have the right parts to do the job and be confident in dealing with customers who may be challenged with down time on their crucially important equipment.
