Field Service and Workshop Engineer - Up to £45,000 basic + car/car allow + bonus + Benefits - Berkshire

One of the top ten in-vitro diagnostic companies in Europe seeks a Field Service/Workshop Engineer to be based from their Berkshire office in the main, but up to 50% of time could be providing FSE support.

Main responsibilities of the role is to provide exceptional support in a professional and courteous manner, that is focused on client lab systems being maintained to the highest standard and repaired as rapidly as possible when required. Within the workshop you will support internal and external stakeholders and look after service stock and loan instrumentation. This role would be attractive to a Workshop Engineer who is looking for the variety in getting out or, on the flip side, for an experienced FSE who would like to come in-house.

As a candidate you will have relevant qualifications (at least to HNC level) in a science or engineering subject. You will ideally have proven medical instrumentation experience and have been an FSE in a high-tech field. Knowledge of a Workshop environment would be good as would the support of field service, field applications and sales teams.
