Field Operations Director - Technical Services - Southern England - Excellent ££

Great opportunity to join this vibrant business with solid growth plans. With a Head office in Kent, your newly created leadership role will be to deliver full aspects of their service business and you will have full accountability for areas such as quality, capacity, resourcing, regional structure, client experience, compliance etc. This role requires proven experience and success in operational management, building and managing multi-site or multi-team professional field services and someone who is adept at recognising/anticipating hurdles and how to deal with these early on. Managing a team of more than 20 staff, your interpersonal and communication skills will be top notch. It is likely you are already a strong Team Leader or Field Service Manager/Lead and want to take those skills into a growing business where you can have direct impact. It is also likely you are currently working in or have solid knowledge of a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, medical device, food and beverage, biomedical research or advanced manufacturing. Being familiar with an comfortable in GxP environments would be advantageous.
